Ben Lyon is one of the
leading telecommunications and transactional lawyers. During the
last 10 years he has served as a General Counsel and advisor to the board of
directors for a number of technology firms in the San Francisco Bay Area and
Silicon Valley. He negotiated and documented complex domestic and international
corporate and transactional matters, technology and infrastructure deals and
has worked on multiple investment matters, private and public equity financing,
debt financing, real estate purchasing and real property development, mineral
resources and mining projects, e-commerce, Internet, wireless technology,
telecommunications, patents, copyrights, trademarks, corporate security, data
protection and regulatory matters.

Ben received his Juris Doctor from the University of Loyola - School of Law, Los Angeles and a Bachelors Degree (Phi Kappa Phi Honors) from the University of California – Davis.
